However, some Marvel characters could still defeat him.

10 Hulk

Aside from that, The Hulk would also have no problem defying Homelander’s rage, even when the superhero is at his craziest and most unpredictable.Still, it can be argued that previous versions of Banner’s Hulk could outdo Homelander. The odds would likely be slimmer for the MCU’s current “Smart Hulk,” whose strength and anger have been tempered in favor of Banner retaining his intelligence, as seen in 2019’s The Hulk. Asgardian Strength and Uru Weapons
The God of Thunder should also be able to defeat Homelander fairly easily, considering his own great strength and the Asgardian mastery of lightning in the MCU. Regardless, One would expect the MCU Sentry to be able to smack and squash Homelander like a fly (although they share some serious mental weaknesses.) Much like Superman, the power difference between the two is quite large.

Cosmically enhanced
Powered by the Space Stone itself, it is likely that the MCU’s Captain Marvel could also take on Homelander and emerge victorious. Cosmically enhanced and equipped with seemingly unlimited energy potential, It would probably be difficult for Homelander to cause permanent harm to Carol Danvers. Finally, Avengers: Endgame saw Captain Marvel fight one-on-one with Thanos, and she kept coming even after taking a direct hit from the Power Stone itself. With that in mind, it stands to reason that Danvers is stronger than Homelander and can take whatever he throws at her with his own powers.

To this end, Rogue could easily use Homelander’s own powers against him to achieve victory.

Although he is the most powerful superhero in The boys Reality, even Homelander would probably fall before the Silver Surfer and his command of the Power Cosmic. Norrin Radd was gifted with this unlimited cosmic energy source by Galactus when he was his favored herald, and is one of the most powerful beings in the entire Marvel Universe, so a confrontation with Homelander would likely be a very small threat compared to what the Silver Surfer is used to in his travels through the cosmos.
Radd has not yet made his MCU debut, as the only live-action surfer was voiced by Laurence Fishburne in 2007. This also means he has the same powers as Homelander, albeit seemingly to a much stronger and greater extent. Finally, Ikaris is an Eternal created by Marvel’s cosmic Celestials.
An important example of this is The Eternals In the film, Ikaris used his heat vision to inflict damage The Domo that could withstand the proximity to the sun, which suggests that its rays are far stronger than Homelander’s.
