Wynonna Judd’s daughter back in prison on three new charges

Wynonna Judd’s daughter Grace Kelley seems to be getting into trouble on and off lately. Her past precedes her, with a long list of criminal activities and general impropriety, and now she’s once again in trouble with the law.

Recently, Carroll County police in Georgia arrested Grace on three separate charges before releasing her on $2,750 bail. She is accused of fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer, driving with a suspended license and improper use of motorcycle equipment. Neither Wynonna Judd herself nor the local sheriff’s office have released any information on next steps.

Wynonna Judd’s daughter Grace Kelley gets into trouble with the law again

This isn’t the first time Wynonna’s daughter has been in trouble with the law. In 2016, the judge sentenced Kelley to eight years in prison for meth possession and probation violation. The court ordered Grace to attend a drug rehabilitation program. However, she promptly leaves the program and skips visits, prompting the judge to give her a harsher sentence.

6 years later, she makes it back home in December 2022. Unfortunately, she couldn’t keep her good behavior for very long. In May 2023, Wynonna’s daughter violates her probation and a protection order. Then she only stays for a short time and makes it back home in October of the same year. Also, at that time, the court grants her temporary leave to give birth to her daughter, Kaliyah Chanel.

Her latest charge means Kelley will go to prison in Alabama. In April of this year, police initially charged Wynonna’s daughter with public nuisance and obstruction of governmental operations. But a week later, authorities charged Grace with solicitation of prostitution. They claim she exposed “her breasts and lower body” during a traffic jam.

Eventually, the charge is reduced to public indecency and Kelley pleads guilty. Ultimately, she gets off with only 60 days in jail and a $200 fine. Hopefully, Wynonna’s daughter will learn her lesson one day.
