The Huawei Mate 70 series still has time to step onto the launch stage, and before that, a leak suggests that the flagship range is likely to bring some new dark color variants. These shades could be different and more appealing than those of the previous generation models.
Weibo tipster @FixedFocus noticed that Huawei has chosen dark colors as the main theme for its devices this year. Most of these shades are silver, black, blue and green.
Therefore, the Chinese phone maker might adopt the same color schemes for the Huawei Mate 70 series. For reference, the Mate 60 series flagship was launched in four outstanding colors: Yachuan Green, Baisha Silver, Nannuo Purple and Yadan Black.
This time, Huawei might replace the purple variant for the Mate 70 with a classy dark blue shade, giving the device a new shine. Apart from that, the company might also introduce some completely new color options for the next Mate smartphone series.
Note that the latest details are just speculation based on Huawei devices launched this year, and the company has not made any confirmation on the matter. However, as for colors, we could see darker themes than the bright ones available for the Mate 60 series.

The source did not mention the release month. However, the next press conference is likely to be held in September and we may find these devices there.
The Watch GT 5 series has already appeared on several Chinese and global certification sites, suggesting its imminent release. It could come pre-installed with the new HarmonyOS NEXT software system and bring several eye-catching features.
