JD Vance: JD Vance’s alleged drag photo sparks online uproar: Is Trump’s vice presidential nominee an Ivanka doppelganger?

Internet users are going crazy about a photo circulating on the Internet that allegedly shows Donald Trump’s vice presidential candidate JD Vance is seen in a women’s costume. Although the Trump-Vance campaign team has not confirmed the photo, people are still reacting to this hilarious avatar of Vance.
This photo reportedly shows Vance as a student at the Yale Law School.

Among the series of online reactions to this alleged Vance photo, one that stood out was comparing him to Trump’s daughter Ivanka. The comparison was made by Republican California Representative Jack Kimble, who said the person in the photo looks like Ivanka Trump and Donald may have chosen this 40-year-old senator from Ohio because of his similarities to her.

Matt Bernstein shared this photo on X, claiming it actually shows JD Vance from his time at Yale Law School. In a comment on Matt’s post, Travis Whitfill, associate professor of pediatrics at Yale, claimed the source of the viral photo.

What makes the photo even more interesting is the fact that Trump’s choice of Vance as his vice president came with strong backlash from LGBTQ advocacy groups.

Vance is known for supporting bills and measures that are LGBTQ communityFor example, Vance supported a controversial bill which bans the gender marker “X” in U.S. passports and was introduced in April 2022.
He also called for a ban on gender-affirming care for minors. “Doctors should never perform these irreversible, cruel surgeries on children,” he said when Georgia Representative Marjorie Tayler Greene introduced a bill to that effect in the House of Representatives.
