Betway Insider, the blog of online casino Betway.com, examined search volume and the amount of positive sentiment on Instagram, as well as the number of parks, attractions, museums and art galleries to rank the top five small towns in the US and Canada.

Zanesville had the most museums on the list (six), as well as the second most art galleries (seven) and attractions (nine), according to the Betway Insider article.
The city came in second on the list, behind Decatur, Georgia, and ahead of Bainbridge Island, Washington (near Seattle). In North America, the city is number 4, behind Langley, British Columbia, Canada, and ahead of Bainbridge Island.
The website specifically mentions the Zanesville Museum of Art, which “includes collections from around the world, including Africa, Asia and Europe.”
It also says Alpacas of Spring Acres is “worth a visit.” Its website describes it as the largest alpaca farm in southeast Ohio, where visitors can learn how to care for the animals.

- Positive mood: The percentage of “happy” posts tagged “X”, where X is the name of the city, according to brandwatch.com
- Number of parks: The number of parks listed on TripAdvisor in each city
- Number of landmarks: The number of attractions according to TripAdvisor
- Number of museums: The number of museums according to TripAdvisor
- Number of art galleries: The number of art galleries according to TripAdvisor
