This happened just three months after her arrest in Alabama.

According to Al.com, Kelley exposed her breasts and lower body at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14 in Millbrook. Officers arrived at the scene, but when they attempted to arrest her, she refused to show her identification and instead sat on the side of the road. She was subsequently held in the Elmore County Jail and formally charged with obstruction of government in addition to her first charge of exhibitionism. Both charges were misdemeanors.

A week later, she was faced with another charge. In an article by Daily MailMillbrook Police Chief Johnson said they responded to two calls at the time involving Judd’s daughter. “The first was when she was observed in the area of the shops on Highway 14 near Murphy Oil at Walmart. She had a sign posted that said ‘One Ride for One Ride.'”

Police told her to move on, but shortly afterward another call came in about her apparently causing a disturbance at a Circle K gas station. They were unable to make contact at the scene, but found her at the intersection, still displaying the sign, and eventually arrested her.

Because of this, she was also charged with solicitation of prostitution, which increased her bail to $3,000.

But this was not Kelley’s first or second legal battle. In 2016 The sun reported that she was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. The court imposed a 30-day jail sentence and a court-ordered drug rehabilitation program. She failed to complete the program and was subsequently sentenced to eight years in the West Tennessee State Penitentiary.

She was released on parole in 2019. She was then arrested again for parole violation in August 2021 and again in May 2023 after her release in December 2022. She was released in October 2023.

In March 2022, she gave birth to her daughter Kaliyah Chanel while on prison leave. Wynonna has been caring for her since then and, according to the singer, has helped her cope with the tragic death of her mother Naomi. Wynonna Judd’s daughter is currently free after posting $2,750 bail.
