Jacksons Food Stores develops online ordering and delivery

The convenience food store chain is partnering with Lula Commerce to launch the service in stores in five states.

Jacksons Food Stores partners with Lula Commerce to provide customers with a seamless online ordering and delivery experience at locations across five states.

The initiative aims to revolutionize the way Jacksons interacts with its customers by providing seamless digital experiences across all major order-to-go and pickup markets, including UberEats, Doordash, Amazon, Grubhub, Seamless and Postmates.

This digital environment will be integrated into the communities in which the retailer operates in Idaho, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.

“There is a new standard for convenience in the marketplace as the ability to shop in-store, pick up or have it delivered gives customers more freedom than ever to shop when and how they want,” said Cory Jackson, president of Jacksons Food Stores.

This complete solution enables the company to reduce the need for internal resources to manage related tasks and allows its team to focus on increasing customer loyalty.

The expanded partnership comes after Lula completed a successful pilot program to support the delivery and pickup experience for Jacksons guests in Idaho’s Treasure Valley.
