A source tells PEOPLE that the reality star’s Greek mother is “thrilled” that her daughter is dating a Greek man
The BachelorKelley Flanagan has a new man in her life.
The 31-year-old reality star posted a photo with his new boyfriend Ari Raptis on Instagram on Thursday.
“They officially met last summer at a mutual friend’s wedding in Mykonos, Greece, and recently rekindled their relationship,” a source tells PEOPLE. “They’ve been together for a few months now. He’s also Greek, and her Greek mother is thrilled to carry on the Greek tradition!”
Flanagan’s mother, Connie, expressed her joy in the comments section that the lawyer is dating Raptis, 33.
“The man of my dreams for my daughter…. Greek, Greek, Greek! What more could I ask for!” she wrote. “He is a dream guy! This is my generation describing a great catch! Go get him Kelley! We are all behind you!”

Flanagans Bachelor Friends from the country also showed their support for their new relationship.
“Love, love, love”, The BachelorVanessa Grimaldi then wrote seven red heart emojis.
Bachelor in Paradise And Bachelor Kendall Long, who got engaged to boyfriend Mitchell Sage in November, wrote: “Congratulations darling!!😍🔥”

Raptis is the founder and CEO of three companies: Talaria, a nationwide distribution company specializing in the cannabis industry; National Secure Transport, a secure cash transport company; and MellyGo, a direct-to-consumer cannabis delivery company.
The rocky start to Flanagan and Raptis’ relationship came after Flanagan split from former Bachelor Peter Weber. The two dated intermittently after she appeared on his season in 2020.
They confirmed their recent revival in October 2022, when Weber shared a photo of himself holding Flanagan on Instagram. In the photo, the 31-year-old pilot posed with Weber holding Flanagan up at Yankee Stadium during a postseason game against the Cleveland Guardians.
“Homerun,” Weber wrote under the now deleted photo.

To The Bachelor, Weber sent Flanagan home before the hometown dates. At the end of the season, he got engaged to Hannah Ann Sluss before ending the relationship to court his runner-up, Madison Prewett. Weber’s highly publicized relationship with 27-year-old Prewett lasted just a few days before they split for good.
Prewett has since started a different phase of his life and married Grant Troutt in October in the presence of Flanagan.
“What we are most looking forward to is a life together,” Prewett told PEOPLE at the time. “We are most excited about living out God’s plan for our life together. We can’t wait to integrate into a local church and host a congregation in our new home!”
27-year-old Sluss will also soon say “yes.” In January, she announced her engagement to NFL player Jake Funk.
