June 15, 2021: Honda ADV150 Special Edition debuts with a unique color scheme
Japanese automaker Honda has unveiled a “special edition” model of the ADV150 adventure scooter in its home country. The vehicle is limited to 1,000 units and costs 451,000 JPY (approximately 300,000 rupees). It features the unique “Ross White” color scheme, which includes white paint on the front and sides and a black-colored rear. Here’s our roundup.
Design: It looks sportier than the standard ADV150
The Honda ADV150 Special Edition features a rugged design with sporty graphics across the body, a red “150” badge, a one-piece seat and a high-swept exhaust. It rides on 14-inch front and 13-inch rear wheels and is offered in an exclusive Ross White paint finish. The two-wheeler has a curb weight of 133 kg and a fuel tank capacity of 8.0 litres.
Fact: The scooter runs on a 14.5 hp 149cc engine
The Honda ADV150 Special Edition is powered by a 149cc single-cylinder engine that produces 14.5 hp at 8,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 13.8 Nm at 6,500 rpm. Power is transmitted via an automatic transmission.
Safety: ABS is offered on the vehicle for better handling
To ensure the safety of the rider, the Honda ADV150 Special Edition is equipped with disc and drum brakes on the front and rear wheels as well as ABS for improved handling on the road. The suspension of the two-wheeler is provided by a Showa telescopic fork on the front axle and two Showa shock absorbers on the rear axle.

The limited Honda ADV150 Special Edition is priced at JPY 451,000 (approximately Rs 3.01 lakh), which is the same price as the standard model. Only 1,000 units of the vehicle will be available worldwide.
