“Bring In The Wine” — A fusion of poetry and colors SHANGHAI TANG unveils the Fall-Winter 2024 collection

This collection reinterprets these cultural themes, weaving magnificent tapestries from golden eras between silk threads into contemporary clothing, with each design imbued with the distinctive elegance of the East. The result is a classic wardrobe full of luster and bright colors, inspired by various artifacts, paintings and poems of the Tang Dynasty.

The signature pattern design of the Fall-Winter 2024 collection is “The Winding Stream Party” (“曲水游筵”, Qu Shui Du Yan), which presents an enchanting landscape: pine branches are decorated with lanterns and decorated wine vessels rest in the shade of old trees. The characteristic shapes of the calabashes (Hu Lu), symbolizing health, wealth and good fortune, line the terraced platforms where scholars gather and wine flows, while clouds, distant mountains, blooming flowers, long-tailed birds and graceful deer intricately intertwine the dimensions of perspective.
