Wild sight inside a claw machine astonishes guests at the Ranch Hotel: “How did he get in?”

A child amazed guests when he managed to crawl into a claw machine at a popular pub.

The boy managed to squeeze through the winning slot of the slot machine at the Ranch Hotel in North Ryde, northwest Sydney.

He seemed to be having the time of his life as he beamed from ear to ear and sat on a pile of Minions and Disney stuffed animals.

Photos of his little adventure were shared on Facebook, where social media users were speechless and impressed.

“But how did the child get through the square opening?” wrote one.

Another replied: “Oh, my son did that years ago. They can just climb through the vent where the teddy bears come out of.”

Many joked that there seemed to be a bigger prize to be won.

“That’s a pretty expensive prize if you win it,” wrote one.

Other social media users commented on how talented the little boy seemed to be.

“This boy is a doer, he will go far in the world,” wrote one.

“This child has a gift that should be valued and encouraged,” said another.

Another added: “Look how happy he is.”

“I think he had more fun there,” wrote one.

Others were angry and asked why no one at the venue tried to stop the boy from going into the machine.

Some commented that it seems to be a common occurrence for children to break into claw machines.

“Is this the new TikTok trend for parents because it happens all the time?” wrote one.

“Last time I saw this happen was at Lake Haven Mall,” said another.

This is not the first time that a child has been tempted by the toys inside a claw machine before going in – and then getting stuck.

Three-year-old Ethan became trapped in a Hello Kitty claw machine in Brisbane in January and police had to smash the glass to rescue him.

Ethan was pulled out unharmed. His father later said that it took the three-year-old only a few seconds to crawl into the glass box.
