LAHORE: Pakistan’s premier exhibition for dyes, chemicals and allied industries, the 9th Color & Chem Expo, will be held at the Lahore International Expo Centre from August 24, 2024.
The Expo will feature over 300 exhibitors showcasing the latest innovations in dyes, chemicals and related industries. International participants from China, Malaysia, Turkey and Iran will also be present.
Organized by Event and Conference International, Rainbow Group and Punjab Dyes & Chemicals Merchants Association, Color & Chem Expo has established itself as a top platform for the dyes and chemicals industry in Pakistan, Abdul Rahim Chughtai, the director of the exhibition, said in a statement on Tuesday.
Federal Minister for Industries Rana Tanweer Hussain will inaugurate the event. Shi Xianping, Chairman of China Dyestuffs Industry Association will also participate in the event.
Rashid Ul Haq, Director, Event and Conference International and organiser of the event, said that following the success of previous editions, this year’s Expo is also expected to attract a large number of industry participants, professionals, policymakers, business leaders and decision makers from diverse sectors.
Exhibitors showcase their expertise and cutting-edge products including textile chemicals, dyes and intermediates, digital and textile printing equipment, paints and coatings, pharmaceuticals, food chemicals, agrochemicals, fertilizers, petrochemicals, soaps and detergents, leather chemicals, water treatment chemicals and more.
Rashid Ul Haq stressed that since its premiere in 2016, Color & Chem Expo has become an important meeting place for decision makers to network, explore business opportunities and engage with one of the leading markets in the Asian dyes and chemicals sector. The exhibition will end on August 25.
