Ann Marie Schneider, 103, of Allegheny Township, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, August 17, 2024. She was born April 3, 1921, in Pittsburgh to the late John and Mary Burich Tomlanovich. Mrs. Schneider was a dedicated member of the New Kensington congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses and enjoyed reading the Bible daily. She worked for many years as a seamstress at Altmeyers Home Stores and enjoyed writing poetry. She is survived by two daughters, Donna (Gerald) Rayburg of Allegheny Township and Nancy (Robert) Krainbucher of New Kensington; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and her sister, Louise Kay of Ohio. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Bernard T. Schneider; six siblings; and two great-grandchildren, Bowen and Lindee Urban. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 22, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses of New Kensington, 890 Stevenson Blvd., New Kensington.
