FBI investigates Democratic convention attendees who had maggots sprinkled into their breakfast

The FBI has launched an investigation to determine whether maggots were intentionally mixed into the breakfast of delegates to the Democratic National Convention.

Following reports of the insect infestation, police forces stormed the Fairmont Hotel in downtown Chicago on Wednesday.

Tracy Boyd, a delegate from Indiana, told WGNTV, “Of course they protected us and got the situation under control within minutes.”

She said her group had been informed that there would be a brief delay in breakfast service due to the incident involving pro-Palestinian activists.

Since the DNC began, pro-Palestinian rioters have caused chaos on the streets of Chicago, with several arrested for breaching security near the United Center and violent protests near the Israeli consulate.

“I really want to commend the hotel staff and management,” added Boyd.

“All Americans have the right to peaceful protest, but there is no place for ugly attacks like this in our democracy,” said Sam Barloga, spokesman for the Indiana Democratic Party.

“We thank the security team for their quick response,” he said.

This is not the first political incident involving maggots in recent weeks.

At the end of July, a pro-Palestinian activist group shared sickening images of an alleged protest rally against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The Israeli president delivered his speech to Congress amid the ongoing war in Gaza, which has sparked protests against the Jewish state around the world.

Hours before his speech, the Palestinian youth movement’s X-Account shared a video purporting to show Netanyahu’s table at the Watergate Hotel in Washington DC covered in maggots and vermin.

The group wrote: “Bon appetit! Maggots released on the war table of the criminal Zionists!”

“Palestinian protesters wreaked havoc at the Watergate Hotel last night to keep Netanyahu, Israeli Mossad agents and intelligence officers in peace while they continue to terrorize our people.”

Jewish Insider claimed that several people on Netanyahu’s team were unaware of any protests involving maggots.

Jewish Insider reporter Lahav Harkov said: “I have spoken to several people in Netanyahu’s delegation who know nothing about it. So either the Palestinian youth movement is lying, or the security forces somehow managed to solve the problem and turn off the fire alarms incredibly quickly.”

CNN reported that the Secret Service was investigating reports that protesters had gained access to the hotel where the Israeli delegation was staying.

In his speech, Netanyahu spoke about the importance of relations between the United States and Israel and emphasized how important the close ties between the two countries have been in the Jewish nation’s fight against the Palestinian terrorist group Hamas.

“America and Israel must stand together,” Netanyahu declared, receiving a standing ovation.

“When we stand together, something very simple happens: we win and they lose.”

The leader has vowed to continue the war until Hamas is wiped out following the October 7, 2023 massacre in Israel by the terrorist who raped women, killed and beheaded children, and took hundreds of Israelis, including several Americans, hostage.

While Netanyahu was in Washington, protesters condemning the war in Gaza flocked to Washington, chanting “Free, free Palestine” while some attempted to block roads.

Protesters vandalized parts of Union Station, which is just a short walk from the Capitol.

The American flag was taken from a flagpole outside the central station.
