The renowned show platform COLORS has announced the latest episode of its new major event project TONES, which is scheduled to take place in Paris later this year.
Between October 21 and 27, an “expanded citywide program” is promised, offered as a multidisciplinary concept, offering guests the opportunity to engage with art and design, workshops, talks and music. Each episode of TONES – the first taking place in New York City in early October – is “built within the city,” “interactive,” and “curated to reflect a diverse and colorful range of interests.”
While the wider cultural programme will be announced at a later date, COLORS has already announced its curated musical offering, which will take place on October 26 and 27 at La Seine Musicale.

James Blake (pictured) will perform an intimate piano concert focusing on connecting with the audience, along with South African vocal group The Joy, rapper TIF and Palestinian-Jordanian artist Saint Levant.
Local talent is also set to be showcased, with KOBA LAD flying the French rap flag on day two. London’s Jolagreen23 and Bawo are also there, while Naika, Amanda Reifer and Samara Cyn are also there with their offerings of RnB, soul and more.
“TONES OF will work with established and new cultural pioneers to co-curate each event and deliver rich shared experiences that reflect the vibrant palette of each city,” the press release states. “TONES OF will bring together live acts, DJs, artists, collaborative projects, fashion brands, style heads, creatives, foodies and more to deliver talks, workshops, pop-up events, Q&A sessions and of course, parties and plenty of live music.”
“Each city will have its own visual identity and COLOUR PALETTE that reflects the current situation of the city – and stands out from established colours already associated with the city.”
