India Post has announced the Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) Recruitment 2024 results. This year, 44,228 posts were advertised in various postal circles of the country. Out of these, 43,408 candidates were selected. The topper list has been prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in Class 10 by their respective state examination boards. Candidates can check the India Post GDS topper list state-wise either on the official websites indiapostgdsonline.gov.in and indiapostgdsonline.cept.gov.in or through the direct link given below. Selected candidates are required to submit their documents along with two sets of attested photocopies of all relevant documents to the designated offices by September 3, 2024.

List of candidates selected for India Post GDS Post
A total of 43,408 candidates were selected from the 23 postal districts. Most of the candidates were selected from UP and MP namely 4580 candidates from UP and 4008 from MP. The recruitment process was done on a state by state basis with each state being allocated a different number of positions. The remaining positions may either be filled in later rounds or are in the review process. It is crucial for the selected candidates to India Post GDS Document Verification Trial before the final date, i.e. September 3, 2024.
Applicants must be able to ride a bike as well as have computer skills. The minimum age for candidates is 18 to 32 years as on August 5, 2024. However, reserved category candidates are exempted from the upper age limit as per the provisions of the law. The salary for the position of Gramin Dak Sevak ranges from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 29,380 per month.
