BOISE, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) – The Idaho Public Utilities Commission is accepting comments on Avista Utilities’ request for an electric rate adjustment.
Avista Utilities is proposing a rate adjustment that could potentially provide customers with $6.6 million in rebates starting October 1, 2024. The company said the rebate is tied to lower wholesale electricity and natural gas prices because electricity costs are lower than those included in retail prices.
