Sink Topper Foldable Sink Cover Review

If you have a small bathroom like me, you can probably relate to how difficult it is to have very little space for all your stuff. I was tired of knocking over products every morning or night while getting ready, so I spent some time researching products that would help me better organize the small bathroom I share with my sister. And when I came across the Sink Topper, I knew it would be a game changer.

This over-the-sink unit gives you extra space to rest all your items. It’s heat-resistant so you can rest your hot utensils on it, and its lightweight, foldable design allows you to easily pull it out or put it away when needed.

Some of the best products I’ve found are items I stumbled upon while browsing the internet. And that’s exactly how I came across the Sink Topper. It was one of the products that appeared in a YouTube video I was watching about must-have Amazon gadgets. It was a no-brainer to get one for myself because I wanted to see if it would make a difference in my prep routine.

Since I have limited storage space under the sink, some of my products inevitably end up on the little counter space I have. Although I try to limit the number of products I leave on the counter, I still end up throwing quite a few things on the floor.

What makes the Sink Topper so great is that it allows you to use all the space in your sink. It stretches over your sink and has a silicone surface to rest your things on. It comes in six colors and two sizes: standard and large. The standard size is perfect for me because it has room for my face wash, moisturizer, sunscreen, and makeup bag, with plenty of room for more.

When I’m doing my hair, I usually have several products going at once and the Sink Topper has space for them all. It’s also heat resistant up to 250°C, so you can rest hot hair styling tools on it. Not only is it very easy to clean – all you need is soap and water – but thanks to its textured surface, it can also be used to clean your makeup brushes. Although I don’t use it for that, it’s a great feature for anyone looking for an easy way to clean their brushes.

The Sink Topper is lightweight and has a built-in loop so you can hang it, but since it’s pretty thin, I just set it next to my sink. When I need it, I can just grab it and unfold it to set it up. And while that’s not its intended use, the Sink Topper is also really handy when I’m cleaning the countertop around my sink. I can put the things I keep permanently around the sink (like my toothbrush and water flosser) on top of the Sink Topper so they’re out of the way. This makes cleaning the area a lot easier for me since I don’t have to lift each product up or put it on the floor or in a drawer.

The Sink Topper is one of those things I didn’t know I needed until I got one for myself. Of course, nothing can compare to a real countertop, but the Sink Topper is a great stopgap solution. It gives me a little more space when I need it, makes getting ready easier, and at $25, it’s a steal.
