FSSAI Food Analyst Recruitment 2024: The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) has published the job notification for the post of Food Analyst in Employment News dated August (24-30), 2024. From 2017, FSSAI conducts Junior Analyst Examination (JAE) to build a pool of talented young professionals who will become part of the nationwide food safety testing network. The aim is to provide job prospects to young graduates in the food industry and allied laboratories.
Now FSSAI has released the detailed notification for 10th Food Analyst Examination (FAE) 2024 on its official website. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online for these posts latest by September 13, 2024.
According to the selection process, only those candidates who pass the Computer Based Test (CBT) are allowed to appear in the practical examination. The dates of the practical examination will be announced separately by the competent authority.

FSSAI Food Analyst 2024 CBT Overview
Candidates have to appear for the Computer Based Test (CBT) which is scheduled to be held on October 20, 2024. Here you can find the brief information about the CBT exam and other details.

- For each correct answer four points are awarded and one point is deducted for
every wrong answer. - FAE candidates should score at least 40% to qualify for Computer Based.

entitled to take part in the practical examination. - The date, location and syllabus of the practical examination will be announced separately.
Eligibility Criteria for FSSAI Food Analyst 2024
The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Dairy Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Animal Science, Fisheries Science, Biotechnology, Food Safety, Food Technology, Food and Nutrition, Dairy Technology, Oil Technology or Veterinary Science from a statutory university in India or be an Associate Member of the Institution of Chemists (India) by examination in the Department of Food Analysis of the Institution of Chemists (India).

Candidates have to pay Rs. 320 for registration and submission of application and Rs. 1680/- as
