Trump tells his supporters what to do with Joe Rogan

Around the same time that mega-podcaster Joe Rogan withdrew his support for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. over Donald Trump this fall, the former president urged his followers on social media to boo Rogan the next time he came near a UFC ring.

“It will be interesting to see how loudly Joe Rogan gets booed the next time he steps into the UFC ring??? MAGA2024,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform on Friday.

Earlier on Thursday, Rogan stated in his podcast “The Joe Rogan Experience” that he believed Democrats and Republicans were perverting democratic norms.

“That’s just what they do. That’s politics. They do it on the left, they do it on the right,” Rogan said. “They manipulate you, they promote narratives, and the only one who doesn’t do that is Robert F. Kennedy Jr.”

Rogan added: “He’s the only one that makes sense to me.”

His show is one of the most popular podcasts in the world.

But on Friday, Rogan posted to X that he was not supporting Kennedy as a presidential candidate.

Just to be clear, this is not an endorsement. I’m just saying that I like RFKjr as a person and I really appreciate the way he discusses things politely and intelligently. I think we could use more of that in this world,” he wrote. “I also think that Trump raising his fist and shouting ‘Fight!’ after being shot is one of the most American things ever.”
