Despite the transfer of various reserves (12, 3, 4, 5, 67, 8), after more than two weeks of fighting, the Russian forces have still not managed to form a sufficient grouping for a large-scale counteroffensive (The Insider recently estimated that Russia will need at least 30,000 troops to expel Ukrainian forces from the Kursk region). The Russian Defense Ministry continues to practice ineffective media management, presenting old footage from Ukraine as new attacks against the AFU in the Kursk Region.
