Amazon Games and UK-based Glowmade – a studio founded by former Lionhead Studios developers – have announced King of Meat.
Revealed during Gamescom Opening Night Live, King of Meat is described as “an online co-op spectacle of hacking and mowing” for one to four players who take on the role of “fearless fighters battling their way through absurd dungeons.”

“King of Meat” is set in the mystical world of Loregok, described as a place of “dragons, trolls, skeletons and corporate commercialism,” where “high fantasy meets the glitz, glamour and media obsession of modern-day celebrity.”
Players race through chaotic dungeons, battling monsters and trying to impress the crowds with martial arts and showmanship. Players can also create their own dungeons.
“King of Meat” will be available digitally and will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam and Nintendo Switch.
