Anne Chow and Hattie Hill are headlining the D CEO’s Power of Inclusive Leadership Symposium

The speakers were announced for D CEOs The next event is called “The Power of Inclusive Leadership: Driving Innovation” and will take place on September 17 at the Frontiers of Flight Museum in Dallas. The half-day symposium will be led by former AT&T executive Anne Chow and Dallas business leader Hattie Hill.

Chow, the first black CEO in AT&T’s 140-year history, led a $35 billion global business unit at the telecommunications company. She shares her leadership strategies in her recently published book, ” Lead Bigger: The Transformative Power of Inclusion.

Hill, President and CEO of Hattie Hill Enterprises, is one of the region’s most respected C-suite executives. She currently serves on the boards of the Texas Women’s Foundation, the Dallas Regional Chamber, the Center for BrainHealth and Conscious Capitalism Inc.

D CEOs The half-day program showcases leaders who are transforming workplaces through inclusive practices. Symposium topics include behavioral science, AI and diversity, hiring and retention strategies, and more, all aimed at illustrating how inclusivity fosters creativity and improves the bottom line.
