“What have I done to deserve a Power Rangers Book? Seriously! In the 90s, children my age in China only got to watch a handful of American series and cartoons, and they were simply priceless! We rushed home from school to watch them, no matter how mad our parents were for not spending the time studying. But I didn’t regret it, because Power Rangers was one of the best,” said Power Rangers Series artist Michael Yg. “Now not only am I drawing it, but the book is written by the incredibly talented Melissa Flores and designed by Dan Mora, one of my favorite artists that I look up to. POWER RANGERS PRIME #1 will be available in comic book stores on November 13, 2024. It is available for pre-order at your local comic book store. Digital copies can be purchased from content providers such as Kindle, iBooks, and Google Play.

Michael Yg is the only son of two artists from Beijing. He honed his skills on numerous short comics and video games before starting Iron Fist. His style is a mix of Eastern and Western art practices with strong influences from the likes of Akira Toriyama, Alex Ross and Greg Capullo. He lives in Beijing with his wife and cat. When he’s not drawing, he’s going to the gym or riding with his biker gang.
