Apple Card is a leader in customer satisfaction

According to the JD Power 2024 US Credit Card Satisfaction Study, the Apple Card was named the co-branded credit card with the best customer satisfaction without an annual fee.

According to JD Power’s 2024 US Credit Card Satisfaction Study, Apple Card is tied with issuer Goldman Sachs at the top of customer satisfaction for the fourth year in a row, taking first place in its segment, co-branded credit cards with no annual fee.

According to JD Power, Apple Card is a leader in customer satisfaction

The JD Power US Credit Card Satisfaction Study, which ranked Apple Card No. 1 in customer satisfaction, measures performance in several categories – account management, customer service, and new account experience. And this is the fourth year in a row that Apple Card has ranked first in JD Power’s customer satisfaction rankings.

Introduced in 2019, the Apple Card is fee-free and offers users a simple and secure way to track purchases and manage spending through Wallet, while earning up to three percent Daily Cash on every purchase, Apple said.

Users can open a savings account with the card and automatically deposit Daily Cash into it, increasing its value. Saving is fee-free, there are no minimum deposits and no minimum balance requirements. And users can grow their savings by transferring money from a linked bank account.

Additionally, users can also share an Apple Card account with anyone added to their Family Sharing group through Apple Card Family.
