SC stays NCLAT order that allowed BCCI to clear its debt with Byju
The Supreme Court stayed the NCLAT order allowing settlement of Rs 158.9 crore between Byju’s and BCCI. Chief Justice DY Chandrachud was the presiding bench which issued notices to Byju’s following an application filed by Glas Trust Company LLC. BCCI was directed to keep the funds received from Byju’s in a separate account.
