UK HealthCare encompasses the hospitals and clinics of the University of Kentucky. But it is much more than that. It is also home to the state’s only National Cancer Institute (NCI)-accredited Comprehensive Cancer Center, a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit that cares for the smallest and sickest newborns, the region’s only Level 1 Trauma Center and the hospital ranked as Kentucky’s Best Hospital by U.S. News & World Report.
