Beyoncé’s daughter Blue Ivy earns praise from famous family with explosive video

No one is a bigger fan of the Carter family than Tina Knowles herself. She takes every opportunity to shower her famous family members with praise and support.

The 70-year-old often posts sweet tributes to her on social media and recently had the opportunity to gush about none other than her granddaughter Blue Ivy Carter.

Tina came across a clip of the 12-year-old while she was on tour with her mother Beyoncé, performing as a member of the dance troupe on the sensational Renaissance world tour in 2023.

At just 11 years old, Blue accompanied her 42-year-old mother on some of the biggest stages in the world and instantly established herself as a star. Her fans particularly praised her for her willingness to improve and her clear improvement in skills as the shows went on.

Tina shared a clip posted by a fan in which Blue is onstage with her mother at the Seattle concert on September 14, part of the final leg of the tour, showing off impressive dance moves as her mother cheers.

“I just came across this video of my grandchild performing on stage at the age of 11.” Tina was thrilled and the star’s fans were immediately captivated.

They flooded the post with comments like, “WHEN YOUR MOM IS YOUR BIGGEST CHEERLEADER,” and, “This is HER dance. She absolutely nailed it…every single time!!!” and, “This is my favorite clip of Blue from the tour! My little sister did this little march before she rocked it!!”

Beginning with the May 26 show in Paris, Blue appeared regularly as a member of the dancers’ group during performances of “Black Parade” and “My Power.” Eventually, she was listed as an official artist, sharing the stage with her mother until the tour concluded on October 1 in Kansas City.

The 12-year-old caused a stir with her debut on the Renaissance tour

In the concert film documenting the tour, Renaissance: A film by BeyoncéThe “Bodyguard” singer spoke openly about her initial reluctance to take Blue on her tour, even though the young woman herself had asked for it.

“She told me she was ready to perform and I said no,” Beyoncé said, although she eventually agreed to do it. Things got difficult, however, when her first few performances were met with skepticism.

The singer expressed in the documentary that she was sad that her daughter had read some of the negative comments, but at the same time, she was proud that Blue decided not to dwell on the negativity and instead push herself to work even harder and keep getting better.

Speaking to People at the HollyRod 2023 DesignCare Gala in July, loving grandmother Tina had nothing but praise for her granddaughter’s big stage debut and her ability to keep up with the dancers on tour.

“Well, this is a high heel family. You get trained from a young age to walk in high heels,” she told the outlet. “But yeah, she’s having the time of her life and I couldn’t be more proud of her because she’s worked really hard.”
