In Chapter 75 of the original Boruto Manga, Amado revealed that he had used cells from a powerful Otsutsuki clan member named Shibai. This being consumed the chakra of so many planets that his mind ascended to a state similar to that of a god. He gained many powerful and unnatural abilities, such as Omnipotence, a technique that can alter the memories of everyone in the world. This last ability was inherited by Eida after her body was infused with Shibai’s cells. Nevertheless, the Otsutsuki deity had many more powers. One of these techniques was called Foresight.
Awakened by Kashin Koji after being fatally wounded by Isshiki, the prescience allows the user to see all possible futures that could exist. Using this power, Jiraiya’s clone was able to observe how powerful Boruto could become in several different timelines. By studying the techniques and training methods Naruto’s son used to reach this level, Kashin Koji was able to develop a unique plan to help the Uzumaki heir increase his strength in a short period of time.Since Boruto was already destined to learn these skills, it was easier for him to acquire them.
While this explanation is fantastic, it solves most of the problems that allowed Boruto to gain so much power in just a few years. It’s likely that his desperation to fix the problems caused by Eida’s omnipotence drove him to train nonstop until he reached his current level. Foresight also gave Kashin Koji information about the enemies and allies Boruto would face in the future, so his stoic demeanor and seemingly supernatural reaction time can also be attributed to foresight.

When Kashin Koji spoke about Boruto’s training in Chapter 13, he implied that Naruto’s son would learn techniques that he would master over the next few years. He never implied that a version of the Uzumaki heir would have become so powerful at his current age. Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that the version of Boruto seen in Chapter 13 Two blue swirls Manga could have surpassed all other iterations. In this timeline, Naruto’s son seemingly possesses all the jutsu and abilities that every other version of him has possessed at some point.
Boruto has become a fusion of all the experiences and skills his multiversal counterparts have acquired over years of training. Since Kashin Koji was trying to stop Jura from killing the young ninja, as happened in all other timelines, it’s understandable why he wanted Boruto to surpass his other versions. Only by becoming stronger than those who perished during their fight against Jura could Boruto prevent the world from being destroyed.
