Coca-Cola and Oreo collaborate on limited edition cookies and drinks

You’ve probably heard of milk and cookies. But Coke and cookies? Apparently that actually exists.

Coca Cola and Oreos are collaborating on two new limited-edition food and beverage products. According to USA TODAY, the new items – a cookie and a drink – will be available starting Monday, September 9.

This includes:

  • Oreo Coca-Cola Sandwich Cookie – The sandwich cookie has a classic chocolate side with Coca-Cola syrup and a red side with a gold embossed Coca-Cola logo, all filled with a smooth white cream. The two cakes are served with Coca-Cola flavor and crackers.
  • Coca-Cola Oreo Zero Sugar – A fusion of Coca-Cola flavor with flavors inspired by Oreo cookies.

“At Oreo, we strive to find new ways to delight consumers and with this collaboration we’ve really upped the ante,” said Eugenia Zalis, Global Head of Marketing and Brand for Oreo, Mondelez International. “We can’t wait to see the response to the campaign and hope fans are excited to experience the latest variations on two classics.”

An ice cream-inspired Oreo flavor

In July, Oreo released a limited edition of Mint Chip Oreos. Modeled after the Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream flavor, the Oreos combine two classic chocolate chip cookies, a mint chip-flavored creme, and tiny chocolate chips.
