To celebrate Cult of the Lamb Since the game has been out for two years, developer Massive Monster has made the Cthulhu Follower skin available to all players as a pre-order bonus. In addition to the skin, which was previously only available to those who signed up before the game launched, all players will also receive three new decorations for their camp.
New decorations include a red wooden prayer box, a stone monument with some candles in a hollow, and a flower cart. The Birthday Gift Pack should be available to all players once their system time reaches August 16, 2024. Players can then head to their home base to find a gift box containing the items, assuming their game is fully updated.

In early August 2024, Devolver and Massive Monster announced the follower-focused Pilgrim Pack DLC for Cult of the Lambthat adds new companion forms and quests. Plushies based on the Lamb and the Goat, the 2-player co-op character that appeared in Unholy Alliance Update, are also expected to be delivered in December 2024.
Cult of the Lamb is available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC.
