Czech police buys flight simulator Entrol H145 FNPT II MCC

Entrol, the manufacturer of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) certified Flight and Navigation Procedures Trainer (FNPT) flight simulators, has announced the sale of an H145 FNPT II Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) simulator to the Police of the Czech Republic. This represents a significant milestone as it is the first Entrol flight training device to be installed in the country.

Entrol’s H145 FNPT II MCC simulator is designed to provide highly accurate training experiences through a visual system based on X-Plane 11’s extensive database covering major airports such as Prague, Karlovy Vary, Ostrava and Nuremberg.

The simulator’s additional options, such as virtual hoist control, a forward-facing infrared camera, a smoke machine and an external mission mirror, increase the level of realism of the training.

The factory acceptance test was successfully completed on June 27. The installation and certification of the simulator is expected to take place shortly. This will provide the Czech police with a state-of-the-art training tool.

Entrol recently sold a unit of its en-4000x FNPT II MCC simulator to the Spanish Flight Academy Canavia.
