General construction contracts
The District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA) requires the provision of licensed, qualified specialists within the scope of this tender for general construction services under contract.

Applicants must then log in and search this RFP for all associated documents. It is the applicant’s responsibility to check the Bonfire site regularly to stay updated on available documents, as this is the primary communications site for this RFP.

DCHA will provide either a live demonstration or a recorded demonstration for all bidders who are not yet familiar with the platform. This will be provided at the mandatory pre-bid conference.
A MANDATORY PREPARATION CONFERENCE takes place at 11:00 am on Friday, August 23, 2024, at 300 7th St. SW, Washington, DC 20024, 1st Ground floor meeting room, MPR145A. Parking is limited to metered street parking or an adjacent car park.
Responses to the proposals must be received no later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, 19 September 2024.
