Diddy sex trafficking accuser Adria English files charges against star – after filing billion civil suit

A former porn star who accused Diddy of sex trafficking has filed criminal charges against him, a month after filing a $50 billion civil lawsuit.

Adria English, whose stage name was Omunique, claims he sold her for sex with party guests and threatened her with blackmail if she did not cooperate.

English claimed the disgraced 54-year-old rapper “groomed” her for sex trafficking and told her to have sex with Jacob Arabov, also known as “Jacob the Jeweler.” She is suing the Bad Boy mogul and his alleged co-conspirators for $50 billion, according to the federal lawsuit obtained by DailyMail.com last month.

Now English spoke to Miami Beach police last week and, according to TMZ, repeated many of the same allegations against Diddy.

It claimed there was “insufficient evidence” to investigate human trafficking or other crimes, but the report will now be forwarded to federal authorities who are conducting “parallel investigations.”

Adria’s lawyer Ariel Mitchell told US Weekly:Ms. English is very excited and cautiously optimistic about her path to justice, which begins with the filing of her civil lawsuit on July 3, 2024, and now begins with the filing of a criminal complaint with the Miami Beach Police Department.

“Ms. English wishes to file another criminal complaint in New York, but has not been able to do so because New York requires the physical presence of a person to file a criminal complaint.”

“We look forward to seeking justice as soon as possible with the support of others who are interested in joining her in fighting the injustice she and others have experienced at the hands of Mr. Combs,” the statement concluded.

DailyMail.com has contacted Diddy’s representative for comment.

In her original lawsuit, English claims she worked at parties hosted by Diddy, where she drank alcohol laced with drugs such as ecstasy and was encouraged to flirt with guests.

The lawsuit, filed in New York, alleges that she “forced” him to have sexual intercourse and received $1,000 more than the usual fee for hosting the party.

Jacob and a woman named Tamiko Thomas – who is accused of aiding sex trafficking and Diddy’s entertainment company Bad Boy – were named as defendants in the lawsuit.

The former porn star took a photo with Jacob after the alleged assault before Diddy congratulated her on having sex with him, the lawsuit says.

“Plaintiff was forced by Defendant Combs to consume large quantities of allegedly adulterated alcohol before being coerced and forced into sexual intercourse with Defendant Jacob,” the court document states.

She claimed that she was later “passed on” to other guests at Diddy’s parties who sexually abused her.

English named Thomas in the lawsuit and compared her to Ghislaine Maxwell and Diddy to Jeffrey Epstein.

“Defendants Thomas and Combs sold Plaintiff to other defendants, other than Defendant Jacob, who is referred to as Defendant Does, for sexual abuse as part of their ongoing corrupt sex trafficking organization,” the lawsuit states.

Without Defendant Thomas, a woman who uses her innate goodwill as a woman to gain the trust of another woman, and who acts as an avatar for and coordinates with Defendant Combs, Defendant Combs would not be able to carry out his corrupt sex trafficking organization.’

She claims that the rapper promised to advance her career by helping her join a girl group and thus enter the music industry.

But English said he made forceful demands and threatened to blacklist her and her boyfriend from the entire industry if they didn’t do what he said.

English said the first Diddy party she attended in 2004 did not require physical sexual contact and was “a legitimate employment opportunity.”

But on subsequent visits to his Hampton estate, she claims, she and “other sex trafficking victims” were led into a room and provided with clothing for the parties.

English claims she was instructed to offer lap dances and to flirt sexually with guests.

“Although plaintiff was forced to drink large amounts of alcohol and use illegal drugs, the encounters she endured were so torturous that plaintiff still remembers them today as they haunt her,” the lawsuit states.

“The plaintiff fulfilled the expectations of the defendant Combs, was personally thanked by the defendant Combs for her obedience and was subsequently invited to a future employment with the ‘White Parties.'”

English said the only way to escape was to return to California, which she did in 2009.

According to the lawsuit, she suffered emotional trauma, intimacy issues and painful memories as a result of the alleged sex trafficking.

“The sexual trafficking and abuse left the plaintiff in a spiral of anxiety and depression,” the court document states.

“Around 2010, Plaintiff was hospitalized for mental illness, which was a direct cause of her trafficking by Defendants.”

“In the years that followed, the plaintiff also became addicted to alcohol and drugs as she attempted to process the emotional trauma of the assault and trafficking.”

Combs’ attorney Jonathan Davis insists the allegations are false.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it will not change the fact that Mr. Combs never sexually harassed or sexually acted on anyone,” Davis told DailyMail.com. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason and without evidence.”

The defense attorney added: “Fortunately, there is a fair and impartial legal process to find out the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident that he will prevail in court against these and other baseless allegations.”

In February, music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a lawsuit claiming that Diddy forced him to solicit prostitutes and pressured him to have sex with them.

Another of Diddy’s accusers was a woman who said the rap producer raped her two decades ago when she was 17.

Combs and his lawyers have denied all allegations in the lawsuit.

The rapper is one of the most influential hip-hop producers and managers of the last three decades.

In May, a video surfaced in which he brutally beats his ex Cassie Ventura.

The rapper apologized on Instagram, saying, “I hit rock bottom but I’m not making excuses. It’s so hard to reflect on the darkest times in your life, sometimes you have to. I was devastated.”

“I mean, I’ve hit rock bottom, but I’m not apologizing, my behavior in that video is inexcusable. I take full responsibility for my behavior in that video, I’m disgusted.”

“I was disgusted when I did it and I still am today. I sought professional help, went to therapy, to rehab,” he added.

“I had to ask God for grace and mercy. I am so sorry. But I have resolved to be a better person every day. I am not asking for forgiveness, I am truly sorry.”

Cassie sued Combs last year for rape and a number of other crimes. They settled out of court in November for an undisclosed amount.
