Dolce & Gabbana has chosen Hotel Cala di Volpe, a Luxury Collection Hotel, as the location for its acquired DG Resort, creating the ideal poolside retreat for summer 2024 with its Carretto Siciliano-inspired décor.

When the fashion house took over, they focused on the vibrant Carretto Siciliano style and completely redesigned the entire pool area. As the hotel is home to the largest saltwater pool in Europe, there was plenty of space to work with.

Bold blues, vibrant oranges and deep reds are arranged in ornate patterns and spread across everything from curtains to dresses, sun loungers and surfboards. Towels and beach balls sit alongside hand-painted flower pots and throw pillows in signature Dolce & Gabbana style.

Hotel Cala di Volpe, a Luxury Collection Hotel, was designed in the 1960s by French architect Jacques Couëlle, who was inspired by old fishing villages, but has been given a modern makeover by architects Bruno Moinard and Claire Bétaille. It’s no wonder Dolce & Gabbana chose this hotel for its resort takeover, as it exudes elegance in a relaxed beach setting.
