Dragon Ball Daima reveals new fully rendered artwork for Goku and Vegeta

The latest version of the Dragon Ball Animes, Dragon Ball Z — scheduled for release next October — has received new, fully colored Goku and Vegeta renderings via fresh promotional artwork for Fusion World.

The official website of the Dragon Ball Super Card game Fusion World recently revealed the two new fully shaded renderings of Goku (Mini) and Vegeta (Mini) from the upcoming Dragon Ball Z. Goku’s artwork shows the character with an excited expression on his face while holding his Power Pole as he prepares to fight. Vegeta’s expression is less clear, and both attracted a number of comments on social media due to their proportions and unique depiction. Readers can check out the new Dragon Ball Z Artwork below.

The new artwork serves as cover for the upcoming Vegeta (Mini) and Son Goku (Mini) Fusion World Starter Decks, which are expected to be released on November 8, 2024. They contain 51 cards of 16 different types, as well as a rules manual, an energy manual, five bonus cards, and a promo code for the digital version. The package contains a Leader-type rarity card, 13 commons, and two super rares. Fusion World is currently running a promotion where players of the digital version can log into the game and receive 50 free parking tickets.

Goku and Vegeta form one of the longest-running and best rivalries of any currently ongoing manga, with drawings by Akira Toriyama resurfacing this week showing a fight between Goku and Vegeta drawn nearly 35 years ago. Despite this, Daima will likely lead to the two joining forces against new enemies; the recent Dragon Ball Z The trailer introduced new antagonists Glorio, Masked Majin and Gomah. The story also hinted at a “journey to a new world” to uncover the conspiracy that is bringing down Goku and his friends.
