Thai hotel and property development company Dusit International has signed a property management agreement with King Square Development.
This partnership concerns the management of a new hotel and luxury residential project called Dusit Suites Kingsquare, Bangkok and KingsQuare Residence, scheduled to open in 2026.
The building is located on Rama 3 Road next to King’s College International School Bangkok and is part of a new lifestyle complex that also includes a shopping center.
Dusit Suites Kingsquare, Bangkok will operate as a serviced apartment and hotel and will feature 60 hotel rooms and 49 serviced suites.
Suites range from twin to two-bedroom suites, each equipped with sofas, widescreen TVs and kitchenettes.
Other amenities include a large swimming pool, a dedicated kids club and a co-working space.

There is also an all-day restaurant and flexible spaces for work and leisure, including a conference room and a private lounge.
This project is Dusit International’s ninth hotel in Bangkok and the second in the city to offer both a hotel and serviced suites.
Dusit will also manage KingsQuare Residence, a 52-storey luxury tower with 222 apartments ranging from one to three-bedroom units, as well as penthouse and duplex penthouse options starting from 324 sqm.
Communal facilities include a swimming pool, barbecue terrace, shared kitchen, children’s playroom, basketball court and private rooms for dining and meetings.
Both guests and residents have access to the entertainment, dining, shopping and business centers of the neighboring Sathorn district.

This development follows Dusit International’s announcement that the Dusit Thani Bangkok Hotel will reopen after renovations on September 27, 2024.
