Former NFL player Gosder Cherilus was reportedly arrested for disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct during a flight back to Boston on Saturday night.

Cherilus, a former first-round pick, was arrested after the Delta flight bound for Dublin, Ireland, was diverted to Logan Airport, Massachusetts State Police said.

According to Boston 25 News, the 40-year-old is said to have urinated on another passenger and disturbed the flight crew.

“Delta flight 154 from Boston to Dublin returned to Boston Logan on August 17 due to an unruly passenger and was met by police,” a Delta spokesperson said.

“Delta does not tolerate any illegal behavior and will cooperate with law enforcement authorities in this regard. We apologize to our customers for the delay to their travel.”
