The AI Assistant now enables users to quickly identify key themes, trends, and relationships from selected documents and synthesize this information into meaningful content. For example, a marketing expert researching Generation Z can upload PDF, Word, and PowerPoint files to the Assistant, which can then answer specific questions like “What are Generation Z’s social media habits?” with quotes from the documents. Users can also request that the information be formatted for different purposes, such as creating an email for a marketing campaign.

Improved meeting minutes are the second new AI Assistant feature that helps users get to insights faster. AI Assistant recognizes that a document is a transcript and automatically creates meeting summaries, including the main topics, key points, and action points—even the sentiment from the meeting. This helps knowledge workers stay on track and keep teams moving in the same direction.
Compelling visuals are becoming essential for effective communication. But for many of us, creating new images or editing existing ones is difficult and time-consuming. With Adobe Acrobat’s new image generation and editing capabilities, based on the new Adobe Firefly Image 3, anyone can create or enhance beautiful new images and edit existing images right in Acrobat. This is the first time a PDF solution has offered in-app image generation capabilities.
Organizations can leverage the generative AI capabilities in Acrobat and Acrobat Reader to quickly extract high-quality insights and summaries from long, complex documents and cite sources across multiple documents.
Mobile experience with AI assistant
The AI Assistant in the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile app makes it easy to gain insights from your documents on the go. The app supports voice recognition when you don’t have a free hand to type your question. Similar to the Acrobat AI Assistant on desktop and web, you can use mappings to review the answer or drill down into the details, and you can easily copy the answer into an email, message, or document.

Create meeting summaries and identify action points from your transcripts with the AI Assistant in Acrobat for Microsoft Teams. Even if you missed the meeting, you can use the AI Assistant to ask questions and understand the conversation.
Notifications are automatically sent via the Adobe Acrobat bot in Microsoft Teams chat after the meeting ends.

Select a suggested prompt in the chatbot to start the Acrobat AI Assistant conversation with the transcript summary. When you select Send Summary, the summary is added to the meeting chat.
Modern experience when requesting electronic signatures
Adobe has introduced a new, more intuitive product experience. Select Request e-Signatures from the left menu to access Adobe Acrobat Sign. Enter the recipients by simply entering their email addresses. The document from Adobe Acrobat is sent for signature with Adobe Acrobat Sign.
