GF Hotels & Resorts appoints Marcus Marshall as Vice President of Food and Beverage

PHILADELPHIA, PA — GF Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Marcus Marshall as Vice President of Food and Beverage. With nearly 30 years of experience, Marcus will drive the company’s food and beverage operations forward.

Prior to joining GF Hotels & Resorts, Marcus held leadership positions in several prominent restaurant and hospitality groups. During his career, he was responsible for the development, operations and financial management of restaurants, bars and hotel food and beverage contracts. Most notably, he led the food and beverage operations of a leading hospitality company to $20 million in revenue, receiving recognition in prestigious restaurant publications.

In his new role, Marcus will oversee all hospitality activities across the GF Hotels & Resorts portfolio. He will work closely with the leadership team to meet the needs of each individual hotel, focusing on revenue and profit management.

Marcus lives with his fiancée in Dallas, Texas and enjoys traveling, cooking, exercising, and spending time with their Labrador, Elvis.
