It’s over Two decades have passed since Joni Mitchell headlined a concert in Los Angeles, but now fans can see the legendary Canadian singer-songwriter take the stage at the iconic Hollywood Bowl this fall alongside some special guests. After announcing the October shows earlier this year, Mitchell has added another show due to fan demand. Since tickets went on sale in February, the first night was officially sold out online, and fans hoping to attend the rare concerts are searching resale sites for available seats.

The back-to-back Hollywood Bowl shows will take place on October 19 and 20, respectively. Mitchell will be joined by Joni Jam and fellow songwriter Brandi Carlile. “It’s really happening!” Carlile wrote on Instagram earlier this year after the concerts were announced.
Ticketmaster is mostly sold out of tickets for Mitchell’s Hollywood Bowl shows, but resale sites are showing up for both dates. (Ticketmaster apparently still has official Platinum tickets for the grandstand for Sunday night for over $1,200.) You can still find last-minute Joni Mitchell tickets online here.

If you’re looking for tickets to Mitchell’s sold-out Saturday show at the Hollywood Bowl, resale site StubHub lets you buy two side-by-side seats online starting at $192 apiece (not including fees). Fans can also find cheaper tickets for Sunday’s show on the retailer’s website for around $124 a ticket.

While front-row seats at Mitchell’s Bowl shows aren’t cheap, fans can still find tickets for about $193 apiece for the venue’s Q section (including fees) on the first night on resale marketplace TicketNetwork. Gametime also has Joni Mitchell Hollywood Bowl tickets on sale for a total price of $179 per ticket in Section Q for the Oct. 19 show. This is one of the cheapest prices we’ve seen for the first night of Mitchell’s concert in Los Angeles. Sunday’s show, meanwhile, is on sale for just $116 per ticket, all-in, for seats in the back of the venue in Section X. We’ve also spotted tickets in Section E for as little as $260 and up.

Viagogo is currently offering tickets for Joni Mitchell’s first night at the Bowl starting at $192 per ticket. That price gets you seats in the Q section of the venue, which is closer to the back of the Hollywood Bowl but still offers an unobstructed view of the stage. If you want closer seats, the site also offers tickets in the F section for around $324 per person.

With live performances and 40 unreleased tracks, Mitchell’s Archive, Volume 4 can now be ordered online on CD and vinyl.
Before her Hollywood Bowl dates, Mitchell will perform the latest installment of her Archive Series on October 4th with Volume 4a collection of songs from the late 70s on CD and vinyl. Check out the box set’s track listing, which includes “Intro to Coyote” and several other great songs.
Earlier this year, Mitchell made her performing debut at the 66th Annual Grammy Awards with the song “Both Sides Now” alongside Carlile, where she also received a Grammy for Best Folk Album.
