It takes a while to get the Star Wars Outlaws pre-order bonuses or the Ultimate Edition outfits because you have to repair Kay’s ship first. This means you have to complete several story missions first, so customization options for Kay and Nix are pretty limited in the first few hours of Star Wars Outlaws. Once you’ve collected all the bonus items, though, you might be able to dress Kay up as Han Solo or Lando Calrissian. Below, I’ll explain exactly where to go to pick up the bonus rewards and Ultimate Edition items.
How to get the pre-order and Ultimate Edition bonuses in Star Wars Outlaws and access the delivery crate
All rewards for Star Wars Outlaws Ultimate or Gold Edition as well as pre-order bonuses can be found here in the delivery box in the cargo hold of the Trailblazerat the stern of the ship. The delivery crate cannot be accessed until you start the fifth story mission, titled “False Flag.”.
This mission begins after a cutscene where Kay is seen with the Trailblazer when it is finally ready for action. Once the cutscene is over, board it, head right into the cargo hold, then look for the crate on the left. Open it and you should then be able to collect a ton of cosmetic rewards, outfits, and customization outfits depending on which edition of Star Wars Outlaws you have and if you pre-ordered the game.
If you pre-ordered any edition of the game, you’ll get items from the Kessel Runner Bonus Pack, which includes a paint job for the Trailblazer and Kay’s speeder. However, if you splurged on the Gold Edition, you’ll get the full Kessel Runner Character Pack, which gives Kay a Han Solo outfit. And finally, those who own the Ultimate Edition should find items from the Jyn Erso-themed Rogue Infiltrator set and the Lando Calrissian-themed Sabacc Shark set, including outfits for Kay, customization options for your vehicles, and accessories for Nix.
