How to watch Premier League football matches without cable: online live streams, schedule and more

Football fans, mark your calendars because the English Premier League will soon return for the 2024-2025 season. On Friday, August 16, the first game of the official season will begin between Manchester United and Fulham.

Each soccer team in the Premier League plays 38 games, 19 of which are home and 19 away. That means we have a whopping 380 games to look forward to this season. Experts are already making predictions about what to expect in the upcoming Premier League season. Arsenal are considered clear favorites to win this year’s title, and Manchester City are also on some lists. Arsenal’s team is packed with talented players, including defensive midfielder Declan Rice, right winger Bukayo Saka and centre-back William Saliba. However, Manchester City will provide stiff competition in midfielder Phil Foden, defensive midfielder Rodri and striker Erling Haaland.

When does the 2024-2025 Premier League season start?

The Premier League season officially begins on Friday 16 August 2024 with a match between Manchester United and Fulham. There is still a lot of football to come before the season ends on 19 May 2025.

How to watch Premier League games without cable

The Premiere League matches are broadcast on various channels, including USA, NBC, Universo and Telemundo. Some matches are also broadcast exclusively on peacock.

peacock Premium subscriptions cost $7.99 per month, or $13.99 per month for Premium Plus. Peacock’s Premium Plus plan includes everything in the Premium plan but without ads, with a live stream of your local NBC channel, and the ability to download and stream eligible content offline.

Peacock is a must-have Streaming service for football fans to watch the English Premier League. Of the 380 games, 175 will be streamed exclusively on Peacock this season, with simulcasts from NBC also available for select events. The only downside to Peacock is that games broadcast on USA and CNBC are only available the next day.

FuboTV

FuboTV is another great option for watching Premier League matches online. The sports-focused live TV streaming service has access to all the channels that are broadcasting live matches to date – including NBC, USA, Telemundo and Universo. Currently, these are the only channels broadcasting matches outside of Peacock, although the full broadcast schedule has not yet been released.

Fubo costs $79.99 per month and currently the platform offers a seven-day free trial.

Hulu + Live TV

Hulu + Live TV gives you access to over 95 channels including NBC, USA and Telemundo for $77 per month. You can also consider the Espanol add-on to get access to NBC Universo for $5 more per month. The other great thing about Hulu + Live TV is that your subscription comes with access to regular Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ for a ton of extra content.

Sling TV

A cost-effective way to watch live Premier League matches without cable is Sling TVWith Sling TVs Blue Packageyou have access to more than 50 channels, including NBC and USA. You can also add Sling Latino for $10 per month to get access to Universo.
