Insane drink prices at Caesars Palace go viral

The drink prices at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas are crazy.

As OutKick readers know, I love Las Vegas. It’s easily my favorite city in America, and I recently returned from a few days in the Sin City.

It was an absolute blast filled with gambling, great food, and plenty of ice cold beer and cocktails. Well, it turns out I also avoided the astronomical prices people pay at Caesars Palace.

Drink prices at Caesars Palace are out of control.

Similar to the prices on the mini-fridges at the Bellagio that recently went viral, people may need a second mortgage if they’re chasing a little buzz at the lobby bar at Caesars Palace.

In a photo of the menu shared by popular Las Vegas star Jacob Orth, all cocktails cost over $20. The cheapest option was a Carajillo for $21.95, and for most of the menu, prices rose to $24.95.

That’s before taxes and tips too. Absolutely insane. You can see the menu below and let me know what you think at [email protected].

I just can’t imagine paying those prices when there is literally no reason to do so. None. There is nothing special or unique about a hotel lobby bar. The point of the high prices is that you are paying premium prices for the right to drink in a special atmosphere.

That’s why drinks are so expensive at clubs and pools. The lobby bar? We can’t go there, guys. Let’s get over there. Let’s play one of my favorite games.

How far away is Stage Door and its $1 beers?

Do yourself a favor and save your money for gambling, beers at Stage Door and Hogs & Heifers, and some decent food. Paying $25 for a drink before tax and tip is a fool’s game and I will not participate in it. Let me know what you think at [email protected].
