iPhone 16 Pro dummy units hint at four color variants; could get a new gold finish

iPhone 16 Pro

The iPhone 16 series is expected to be released in September. There have been several leaks about the entire iPhone 16 portfolio in recent weeks. Recently, new renders of the iPhone 16 Pro models have surfaced online. The alleged image suggests four color options for the flagship phone. The image appears to show a fake iPhone 16 Pro, and it looks like the next iPhone will come in a new color.

The iPhone 16 Pro is available in four colors

The informant Sonny Dixon (@SonnyDickson) shared an image of the iPhone 16 Pro color options on X (formerly Twitter). The image shows fakes in black, white, gold gray or titanium. The image is the same as the one you saw in your previous post.

The post did not include any reference to official color names, but Apple will likely stick with the titanium color of the iPhone 15 Pro model for future iPhone 16 Pro phones. The image also hints at a possible increase in size compared to its predecessors and diagonally positioned rear cameras.

The newly introduced gold color variant replaces the titanium blue tone of the existing iPhone 15 Pro series.

In May, Apple analyst Ming-Xi Kuo said the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will be available in black, white (or silver), gray, and pink. The new shade of pink is expected to replace the titanium blue color. The iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will be available in titanium black, titanium white, and titanium blue.

iPhone 16 Pro specs (rumor)

The iPhone 16 Pro will be powered by the A18 Pro chip and the display can be expanded from 6.1 inches to 6.27 inches. Its battery will be 3577 mAh. The phone will also support 40W wired charging and 20W wireless charging via MagSafe.
