Kawasaki’s efforts to increase sales while offering its fans continuous evolution have seen the Z650 and Z900 models facelifted for 2025 and several new color variants confirmed for the European market. New colors for the Z900 RS appeared at Kawasaki Motors Indonesia back in June, but the Japanese company didn’t stop there.
As part of the revision, Kawasaki will offer new color combinations for the Z650, Z650 RS, Z900 RS, Z900 RS SE and the Z900 RS Cafe. Starting with the Z650, two color combinations have been introduced: Metallic Spark Black/Red and Metallic Spark Black/Green.
The second 650cc model, the Z650 RS, comes in three new colour combinations. The choice is Ebony, Ebony/Green and Ebony/Yellow, but that’s not all. The Ebony/Green colour combination is reminiscent of the famous Z1 motorcycle and Ebony/Yellow will bring back memories of the Z1B for long-time Kawasaki customers.
Moving on to the Z900 RS, there is a big change in terms of colours – in addition to the Metallic Diablo Black paintwork, which features green tones on the fuel tank and the tail section of the bike, a new ‘Ino Red’ colour scheme with dark red, gold stripes and thin white lines will be available. Another popular Kawasaki Z series bike is the SE, which comes in a Metallic Flat Spark Black/Metallic Matte Carbon Gray paintwork.
This is not an update of all the above models in terms of the bike itself, just the colors. Prices for the models with new colors are yet to be confirmed.
Here are the dates when they will be available.
Z H2 SE – April 2025
Z650 – October 2024
Z650RS – January 2025
Z900RS – November 2024
Z900RS SE – February 2025
