Luxury children’s brand Trotters commissions Kitty to restructure online

Trotters is an established and popular children’s clothing retailer with stores and concessions across London and online. Despite providing a high-quality luxury experience for customers in-store, the online experience needs to be digitally transformed. Trotters required an agency to help with website design, performance and functionality updates to better reflect the brand’s heritage and the quality of its products, ultimately increasing conversion and sales. Following a competitive bid, the brand appointed independent agency Kitty.

Kitty’s responsibilities include website design and development, as well as CRM, CRO, SEO and analytics.
