The project will comprise 220 rooms at M3M SkyLoft, New Golf Course Road Extension, Gurugram, covering an area of ​​approximately 150,000 square feet out of a total of 150,000 square feet, the company said in a statement.

The hotel will be located near the proposed Cyber ​​City 2 on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) in Gurugram.

The hotel and residence offering is part of a larger partnership to develop 1,400 sqm and 1,000 rooms of luxury hotel space across multiple locations in Gurugram and Noida, the company said.

Project planning is led by Zubin Cooper, CEO of Bentel Associates International.

“With this MoU, we are ready to develop 1.5 million square feet of world-class facilities that will set new benchmarks in the industry. We are confident that this partnership will add immense value to our stakeholders and contribute to the fast-growing region,” said Sudeep Bhatt, President, M3M India.

“The partnership between SUNDAY Hotel and M3M India enables us to expand our presence in the luxury segment in major cities, starting with Gurugram, which has emerged as one of the premier destinations for social events, domestic tourists and international long-stay guests,” said Aditya Sharma, Managing Director, Oravel Stays Private Limited.

M3M India has 56 projects spread across retail, residential, office and serviced apartments and a 3,000-acre land portfolio in Gurugram, Noida and Panipat.

Other features

SUNDAY Hotel, a premium hotel brand, was originally launched in May 2023 through a joint venture between Softbank Group and Oravel Stays, the parent company of OYO.

The first SUNDAY hotel was opened in Jaipur, followed by Vadodara and Chandigarh in India and London and Dubai in overseas markets, the company said.
