Matthew McConaughey and his wife and business partner Camila McConaughey appear pantsless again in a new commercial.
The ad is the latest installment in the “Official Tequila of” campaign for the couple’s brand, Pantalones Organic Tequila.
The ad was released just in time for Labor Day and shows the McConaugheys outside mowing the lawn, pants off of course. The ad bills the brand as the official tequila of “mowing the lawn.”
Along with the ad, the couple, as they have done in the past, released a new cocktail called “Lawn Jorts,” made with Pantalones Blanco, honeydew melon juice, orange liqueur, lime juice, agave syrup and mint leaves.

Last month, the McConaugheys released an ad for National Tequila Day. The ad called Panatalones the official tequila for “not getting sunburned” and showed Camila McConaughey applying sunscreen while her husband, pantsless, of course, lounged by the pool.
The couple released two more pants-free ads over the summer months, including a pickleball spot in May timed to coincide with No Pants Day and an Independence Day spot in which the two grill pants-free.
The couple launched the brand in fall 2023 with Blanco, Reposado and Añejo. The award-winning tequila line is designed to “have fun, do good and not take life too seriously,” according to a press release.
In the brand’s first year on the market, their Añejo tequila was recently awarded the San Francisco World Spirits Competition’s highest honor, the Double Gold – an award that was given when all judges unanimously voted it the best in its class. Their Blanco tequila also received a gold medal, while the Reposado received bronze.
The brand announced in a press release earlier this year that it would not wear pants in almost all jobs by 2024.
