Mugshot of Wynonna Judd’s daughter Grace Kelley surfaced after arrest in Georgia

Wynonna Judd’s daughter Grace Kelley has made headlines again following her arrest in Georgia earlier this month. The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office released her mugshot, which shows a platinum blonde short haircut and a facial tattoo above her right eyebrow that reads “banned.” Additional tattoos are visible on her cheek and neck.

The 28-year-old was taken into custody on August 3 and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving with a suspended or revoked license and improper use of motorcycle equipment. She was released the next day on $2,750 bail.

Neither representatives for Wynonna Judd nor officials with the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office have commented on the arrest. This latest incident is the latest in a series of legal problems Kelley has faced over the years.

Kelley, the daughter of Judd and Arch Kelley III, has had a tumultuous year. She was arrested in Alabama on April 5 on charges of public nuisance and obstruction of governmental operations. A local news station reported that she was charged with solicitation of prostitution a week after her initial arrest after allegedly exposing herself on a busy highway. Initially, her bail was set at $2,000, but later her bail was increased to $2,500 before the solicitation charge was dropped and the public nuisance charge was reduced to public indecency.

In May, Kelley pleaded guilty to public lewdness and obstruction of governmental functions. She was fined $200 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, which was later suspended, and an additional 60 days for the second charge.

This is not Kelley’s first brush with the law. In 2017, she pleaded guilty to charges related to the manufacture, delivery, sale and possession of methamphetamine in Williamson County, Texas. This resulted in an eight-year prison sentence beginning in 2018.

In December 2022, Kelley was released early from prison, but returned in May 2023 for violating a protection and parole order. She was released again in October of the same year.

During her previous incarceration, Kelley was temporarily allowed to leave prison to give birth to her daughter, Kaliyah Chanel, in March 2022. Since then, it has been reported that Wynonna Judd has taken on the responsibility of caring for her two-year-old granddaughter.
